There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(subdomain.domain.com) failed: (XID aasxt3) Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
If you get this error when trying add a new domain or subdomain to the server, you may not be able to create subdomains if the dns records for it aren’t actually pointing to your server. You can try doing what it recommends, but if you want to just allow remote domains, log in to WHM and go to:
WHM >> Tweak Settings >> Domains tab
It’s likely this setting:
Allow Remote Domains
If that’s set to Off, then try turning it on. To avoid other issues I generally recommend turning on these options as well:
Allow resellers to create accounts with subdomains of the server’s hostname.
Allow cPanel users to create subdomains across accounts
Allow WHM users to create subdomains across accounts
Allow resellers to create accounts with subdomains of the server’s hostname.
Allow unregistered domains
