There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(subdomain.domain.com) failed: (XID 4bka6v) You do not have permission to create subdomains of the server’s hostname.
If you get this error you may not be able to create subdomains if it matches the same name that the server itself is using as it’s hostname. If that’s the case, then try logging in to WHM and going here:
WHM >> Tweak Settings >> Domains tab
It’s likely this setting:
Allow resellers to create accounts with subdomains of the server’s hostname.
If that’s set to Off, then try turning it on. To avoid other issues I generally recommend turning on these options as well:
Allow cPanel users to create subdomains across accounts
Allow WHM users to create subdomains across accounts
Allow Remote Domains
Allow resellers to create accounts with subdomains of the server’s hostname.
Allow unregistered domains
